The pumphouse building is being demolished and rebuilt.

The work is scheduled to start today and will take approx two weeks.

Thursday 5th November: Prep works to facilitate the demolition of the building.

Friday 6th November: The power will be isolated, and the electrical panel relocated to ensure the pump can continue operating throughout the works. Lots of contractors and vehicles will be on site.

Monday 9th November - Thursday 12th November: Demolition and removal of the existing building from site.

Friday 13th November: Trenching for the new underground pipework and installation of manholes.

Week commencing Monday 16th November: The pump will need to be temporarily switched off while the new connections are completed and the pump is fully reinstated. During this period, tankers will be brought onto site for approximately two days to empty the tanks.
