Thanks to all of you, our online ticketing has been a huge success.

When we first introduced it, there were naturally a few questions and concerns, but you've really embraced it. Most people now enjoy the simplicity of buying tickets online, and for those who aren't internet users, friends, neighbours and committee members have been more than happy to help out.

The result is that everything runs much more smoothly for everyone involved. We no longer have hundreds of pounds in cash sitting around, and there's no need for countless trips into Basildon or standing in bank queues paying money in. Instead, everything is quick, secure and hassle-free.

Most importantly, it frees up more of our volunteers' time to focus on organising events and activities for residents rather than dealing with paperwork and banking. So a big thank you to everyone for getting behind the system and helping make it work so well. It's made a real difference.
