Next Steps In Dealing with Regency

Dear residents,

As you all know, the issues on this site are mounting by the day. It has become a full‑time job keeping up, and the amount of time we’re spending is now interfering with my own business, as I still work full time. Even so, it’s vital we deal with these people, because the more they get away with, the more they bulldoze on regardless.

I’ve therefore called an emergency committee meeting to discuss two items and vote on them. I want to propose that we take immediate Tribunal action under the “any questions” provisions of the Mobile Homes Act, and at the same time highlight to the local press what is happening here at Dunton.

I think you all know your committee team has always been amicable and willing to work alongside the landlord, but that has to be a two‑way street. It isn’t, and we’re now forced to take the next step.
