Deterioration of the Dunton

Dear residents,
We are sorry that things are taking longer to deal with and that replies to issues have slowed down. The company is in the middle of management changes, and communication has dropped off sharply. As a result, the RA is having to chase far more than usual.
With the level of deterioration on the park since our last pitch fee review — staff cuts, minimal grounds work and a general decline in services — it is almost certain residents will want to challenge the next pitch fee review. We are therefore stockpiling evidence of loss of services and ongoing deterioration.
Everything Regency is doing at the moment is ultimately self‑defeating. Not caring about current residents or the services we receive for our monthly pitch fee, which is effectively a small mortgage, does not sit well with their aim of selling new homes. That situation is entirely of their making, not ours.
