Site Ownership Change Imminent (Yes, again)

Regency was brought in to drag the site out of administration, smarten it up, and run it more efficiently - which is the polite way of saying cost‑cutting and generally making the place look attractive to buyers.

The office can’t talk about any of this because it’s all commercially sensitive, but the Residents’ Association is well aware that the site is being prepared for sale. And let’s be honest: the signs aren’t exactly subtle.
