Just a quick reminder to drop your car registration details into the office.

You don’t need a special form — just write your name, address, the car reg, and the model. If you prefer, you can email the details directly to Sharon at [email protected].

To clarify how the new system works: the ANPR is designed to replace the need to swipe a fob out of the window. Once it goes live, the plan is to deactivate fobs for most residents.

There are a couple of exceptions:
- Motorbike owners will need to keep their fobs because of rear number plates.
- Some residents have said their fobs are with family members. In that case, you can simply register those family members’ number plates instead. If you’d rather continue using fobs, speak to Sharon — there’s some flexibility.

Other than that, everything will continue to work exactly as it does now.
