The council will be conducting a site inspection this Tuesday to assess Regency's compliance with the site licence conditions one year on. This covers things like hedges, roads, signage, street markings, and general upkeep. They tend to like doing inspections on their own so they're not unduly influenced but historically they're fine with the RA flagging things up - so we have sent the officers a few areas of concern including poor lighting, signage and faded road markings.
