Can non residents come to events at Dunton?

We often get messages from people who love the look of our events and activities but don’t live on-site, asking if they can still join in.
We really appreciate the interest — but I’m afraid the answer is no. Our clubhouse and events are for residents only.
To clarify: we’re a private park home community. Everything shared on this site — from news to events — is exclusively for residents (who pay a monthly fee that includes clubhouse access) and their invited guests.
