We are aware there's often a lag between people calling the gate and it connecting to the network at the moment.

We spotted that the GSM Antenna is broken off which is likely to be causing connectivity both for residents buzzing people in and those using their phone to open the gates. It still works but can be slow to respond. We have reported this to the office.

The fob system is unaffected.
