Residents say there are ongoing issues with inappropriate parking in the middle car park adjacent to Bulphan and Manstead.

Points noted:

This is the smallest car park on site, making careful parking critical.

Residents increasingly report coming home to find vehicles parked carelessly - often straddling or overlapping bays - causing frustration and access issues.

James confirmed this has been brought to the office's attention. He previously suggested that, wherever poor parking is observed around the site, staff could place a polite notice on the car window reminding drivers of parking etiquette. However, this approach was never adopted.

Given the persistence of the issue, James advised that residents may wish to consider submitting formal complaints under the company’s new complaint procedure. The committee agreed it is entirely reasonable for residents to expect adequate parking near their homes.
