Letter from Regency 29/9/25

Regency issued a confusing and poorly worded letter this morning, suggesting that changes to the purchase and delivery of gas bottles will be happening. That's despite the fact that the consultation period is still ongoing.

We’re unsure what’s happening at head office, but this is yet another source of frustration.

We fully recognise that this letter has caused concern, confusion, and in some cases, has come across as intimidating. Please know that your worries are valid and shared.

As previously announced, the Residents’ Association will be holding a meeting on Monday 13 October at 6pm in the Hall to discuss these proposals. Following that, we will respond to the company formally.

Understandably, the RA has been inundated with messages from residents expressing their concerns about this worrying letter sent out this morning. Rest assured, we will deal with this letter with the appropriate authorities.
