Grounds Staff Vacancies

The residents association gets a lot of calls, emails and notes in our letterbox with questions.

Current number one question is, why are the roads/pathways not being gritted and why is Dunton looking so untidy - so we thought we'd explain this.

Unfortunately the site is currently short-staffed. Two groundsmen are trying to do the work of four at the moment. They're prioritising gas deliveries but it does mean other things might not be attended to as quickly as we expect.

We know it’s frustrating, but the office is doing all it can to recruit.

I’ve shared the job adverts on local Facebook groups to try to help speed things up but in the meantime, please appreciate it’s not the current groundsman's fault. They’re doing all they can under the circumstances and the residents association wants to pass on our support and thanks for all they’re doing.
