Where we're at now?
Specialist property agent Christie & Co have been instructed to market 29 residential parks in administraion (including ours).
Christie & Co is in the process of preparing marketing brochures of all the sites and once available people will be able to submit an offer to buy parks individually or as a job lot.
We can expect people to already be looking around working out if they fancy a punt on Dunton. I'd say we're quite a catch because there's opportunity to develop which is what new owners will be looking for.
There will be a deadline set where all bids have to be received by.
Administrators will continue to manage the site until a sale is made and a new company is found.
