Car parks on site

Over the coming weeks, Regency will be updating the car park signage following instructions from the licensing officer. During a recent site inspection, she noted that the current signs are confusing - most refer to ‘visitor parking’ but make no mention of spaces allocated for residents.

To address this, Regency has been directed to revise the signage to clearly distinguish between visitor and resident parking. Additionally, the officer has instructed that the office car park must be designated for visitors only, ensuring a clear and consistent definition across the site.

These changes form part of a broader list of improvements issued after the inspection.
